1. Who can register?
The extranet system is restricted to the participants
of UIC railway projects and activities.
Your request will be carefully verified and validated by our services.
If
you don't comply with these requirements it will be refused.
During the next step, you will have to indicate your fields of activity and
the working groups you are involved in, this information is very important for us,
to give you access to the proper ressources.
2. ERRAC privacy policy
Along the registration process, you'll be asked to provide us with
some personnal information.Please read the Terms and Conditions before going to next step.
Use of the Extranet system will involve sending and receiving personal data to and from the following States (EU member states, Albania, Algeria, Argentina,
Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belorussia, Benin, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Brazil, Cambodia, Cameroun, Canada, China, Chili,
Congo, Croatia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Egypt, Georgia, Gabon, Israel, India, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Republic of
Korea, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Laos, Libya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mali, Moldavia, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Mauritania, Norway, New
Zeland, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Switzerland, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan,
Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, USA, Vietnam). The objective of this process is to share knowledge among the recipients
who are railway experts employed by UIC member companies. The type of personal data involved in this exchange is primarily experts’ contact details, working
documents and various types of information on UIC projects. Each data recipient can process the data received, including making the data available to other
users, consultation and printing. Registration as an Extranet user constitutes your express agreement for your personal data to be transferred and processed
in this context.
3. Access Granting
Once the procedure will be completed, it may take few days before receiving
your codes, for the verification process. Please be patient and don't
to make this procedure again, one time is sufficient.
4. Web browser and contact
Extranet KMS is optimized for Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0, as well as Firefox 2.
